• Balanced flip-up design: The Slimline’s integrated flip-up mechanism has a profile that is 50% slimmer than traditional add-on adapters, creating an incredibly slim, balanced profile that eliminates the front-heavy feel.
• Versatile lens compatibility: The viewing slot includes a shade 10 passive lens that accepts most 2-inch by 4.25-inch auto-darkening filter (ADF) lenses, including thicker variable-shade models. This allows you to use your preferred lens without issue.

The lightweight, glass-fiber-reinforced nylon shell is engineered to meet rigorous ANSI impact safety standards, providing excellent protection in a lightweight package. The hood provides industrial-grade resistance against high-velocity impact, sparks and harmful UV/IR radiation. The genuine cowhide leather wrap adds a layer of defense against spatter and radiant heat, directly bonding style with function.

Each leather or suede wrap is handcrafted in our Texas shop. Our artisans meticulously cut, fit and bond the material to the shell, ensuring there are no air bubbles or loose edges. This hands-on process results in a seamless, durable finish that won't peel or lift, even in high-heat environments.
