Our policy is valid up to 30 days after receiving your merchandise. If more than 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused/brand new condition. If item is found to be in less than mint condition, Outlaw Leather will send back your item as it will be considered ineligible for a refund.
Outlaw Leather will refund your purchase less a restocking fee of $15.00. Customer will also be responsible for shipping costs, unless return is due to a malfunction of our merchandise, in which case Outlaw Leather will be responsible for shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be charged under these circumstances.
Due to the customized nature of some of our merchandise, all items made specifically for you such as those including initials, names, quotes, verses, or logos are not eligible for returns or refunds. In addition, lenses are considered final sale and are also not eligible for returns or refunds. Exceptions will only be made in cases of a mistake or malfunction on our behalf.
Please carefully review your custom order for accuracy. We provide a 5-day approval window to ensure all details in your draft are correct. If no response is received within that time, the order will be finalized so we can meet our promised 10 business-day turnaround. Once finalized, orders are no longer eligible for refunds due to unapproved errors.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After 10 business days, If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card for confirmation. Then, contact your credit card company or bank to follow up, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted from financial institution to financial institution. .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for any returned items that are lost, damaged, or stolen before reaching our facility.
