  • Is gift wrap available?
     No, gift wrap is currently not available. We will notify our customers once we    offer this service.
  •  Can I cancel or change my order?
     Once your order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting your order. In some cases, call our office to see if the customization has been started on your product.

  •  What form(s) of payment does Outlaw accept?
     Online - We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
    In-store – We accept the forms listed above and we also accept cash.
  •  May I order by phone?
     Yes, order by phone by calling Customer Service at 346-319-5835. To view Customer Service hours, visit our about us page.
  • What is the cost of shipping?
     Shipping rates are based on several factors (weight, order size, and delivery location). 
  •  Does Outlaw ship to P.O. Boxes?
     Outlaw Leather LLC does ship to P.O. Boxes. Please list a valid street address for shipping.
  •  Does Outlaw ship internationally?
     Yes, Outlaw ships international. Please see if USPS or FEDEX ships to your location as needed.
  • What is your return policy?

  •  Is there sales tax on my purchase?
     Sales tax is charged only on orders from Texas. In Texas, county sales taxes are also required and are calculated based on the county the bill to address is in. All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your online order form.
  • How long does it take for products to ship?
     Our products are created custom to each order. Therefore, please allow up to 15 business days for the item to be shipped.
  • Are your products custom made?
     Yes, our products are made custom to order. We handcraft every welding item that is listed as custom on our website.
